Served as NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe from 1997 to 2000 and retired as a four-star U.S. Army General. He currently chairs the American Renewable Energy Institute (AREI) and holds leadership roles in the energy sector—including oil and gas, biofuels, electric power, and battery technologies—while also contributing to finance and national security. Beyond energy, he is Chairman and CEO of Wesley K. Clark & Associates, a strategic consulting firm, and sits on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards focused on clean energy, global policy, and security initiatives.

Driven by a passion for impactful innovation, David Bauer built his career at the intersection of sustainability and finance. As the former Co-Founder and CEO of GreenMatters, he helped grow one of the largest sustainability-focused media platforms, reaching over one million followers. With an MBA in Quantitative Finance, he brings a strategic lens to mission-aligned ventures and advisory roles.

Kenneth P. Moritsugu, M.D., M.P.H., Independent Director
Served as Acting U.S. Surgeon General in 2002 and again from 2006–2007, following a 37‑year career in the U.S. Public Health Service . He was later Vice President and Worldwide Chairman of the Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Institute and served as Interim Chief Science and Medical Officer at the American Diabetes Association today leads First Samurai Consulting, a public health advisory firm, and is a board leader in both nonprofit and academic health organizations
