    General (Ret.) Wesley K. Clark, Chairman

    Served as NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe from 1997 to 2000 and retired as a four-star U.S. Army General. He currently chairs the American Renewable Energy Institute (AREI) and holds leadership roles in the energy sector—including oil and gas, biofuels, electric power, and battery technologies—while also contributing to finance and national security. Beyond energy, he is Chairman and CEO of Wesley K. Clark & Associates, a strategic consulting firm, and sits on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards focused on clean energy, global policy, and security initiatives.

    With over 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, Ketan Seth has led high-impact investments across the FinTech and energy sectors. He began his career at Deutsche Bank and has since advised data center companies on funding strategies and scalable growth, bringing a deep understanding of financial structuring and sector-specific innovation.

    Driven by a passion for impactful innovation, David Bauer built his career at the intersection of sustainability and finance. As the former Co-Founder and CEO of GreenMatters, he helped grow one of the largest sustainability-focused media platforms, reaching over one million followers. With an MBA in Quantitative Finance, he brings a strategic lens to mission-aligned ventures and advisory roles.

    Kenneth P. Moritsugu, M.D., M.P.H., Independent Director

    Served as Acting U.S. Surgeon General in 2002 and again from 2006–2007, following a 37‑year career in the U.S. Public Health Service . He was later Vice President and Worldwide Chairman of the Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Institute and served as Interim Chief Science and Medical Officer at the American Diabetes Association today leads First Samurai Consulting, a public health advisory firm, and is a board leader in both nonprofit and academic health organizations

    Nadim Qureshi, Director

    Bringing a strong background in private equity, strategic advisory, and operational leadership, Nadim Qureshi previously served as a senior executive at WL Ross & Co., where he was involved in significant transactions, including the deSPAC of Nexeo Solutions for Ross Acquisition Corp I. He also held a leadership role at International Seaways, contributing to the company’s positioning in global freight and energy logistics. His expertise spans complex capital markets, industrial operations, and supply chain strategy.

    With decades of leadership in global logistics, the President of the Ferrari Group for the U.S. and Canada oversees secure operations across physical and digital vaults on four continents.     With a global career spanning commodities, finance, automotive, and diplomacy, Francisco de Borbón Graf von Hardenberg brings extensive leadership experience to both public and private sectors. He is a Managing Partner at Alpha Trading LLC, a U.S.-based firm operating in precious metals and oil & gas, which he co-founded in 2012. That same year, he joined the YGL G8, a global leadership network.

    Francisco earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business, graduating cum laude from Barry University in Miami.
